O ator Sir Roger Moore morreu aos 89 anos, nesta terça-feira (23), em sua casa na Suíça. A triste notícia foi confirmada por sua família em comunicado divulgado no Twitter.
O ator morreu em decorrência de um câncer.
“Com o coração pesado nós anunciados que nosso amado pai, Sir Roger Moore, faleceu hoje na Suíça após uma curta, mas brava, batalha contra câncer. O amor com que ele foi cercado em seus dias finais foi tão grande que não pode ser quantificado em apenas palavras”, escreveram seus três filhos: Deborah, Geoffrey e Cristian.
O astro ficou eternizado por viver James Bond na franquia ‘007’, depois que Sean Connery abandonou o manto do agente secreto.
